Delete Your Account

Delete from inside the app

Open CardKundali and go to Settings → Delete Account. This deletes your account immediately and no further action is needed.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email privacy@cardkundali.app from the email address registered on your account, with the subject line "Delete my account". We will confirm within 7 days.

We can only act on a request sent from the registered address. This is how we confirm the request came from you.

What is deleted

• Your account and login
• Every card you have added and its metadata
• All parsed statement data and transaction history
• Any stored statement passwords
• Your verified sender addresses

What is kept, and for how long

• Statement files are already deleted within 24 hours of processing and are not retained at the point of account deletion
• Account data is deleted within 30 days of your request
• Records we are required to keep by law, such as transaction records for a completed payment, are retained for the period the law requires and are not used for any other purpose
• Anonymised, aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained

Paid plans

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription bought through an app store. Cancel it in the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store as well. See our Terms of Service for cancellation and refunds.
