2. Service Description
CardKundali is a personal finance tool that helps you track and analyse credit card spending. It is not a financial advisor.
3. Financial Disclaimer
CardKundali displays information parsed from your statements. We are not responsible for parsing errors. Always verify important financial information with your bank directly. Nothing in this app constitutes financial advice.
4. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must provide accurate information during registration
- One account per person
5. Acceptable Use
- Personal use only
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer the app
- Do not use the service to process statements that do not belong to you
6. Paid Plans
- Pro features require a paid plan
- Monthly and annual plans auto-renew until cancelled
- A one-time Lifetime plan is offered to a limited number of early users. Once that limit is reached the Lifetime plan is withdrawn and will not be reopened. Lifetime access covers Pro features for as long as the service operates, and does not include any future product sold separately
- Prices differ between the app stores and this website. The price shown at the point of purchase is the price that applies
- All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes
7. Cancellation and Refunds
- You may cancel an auto-renewing plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- Purchases made through the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store are governed by that store's refund policy, and refund requests must be made to the store
- Purchases made on this website: contact support@cardkundali.app within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are at our discretion
8. Suspension and Termination
- You may stop using CardKundali at any time and delete your account from within the app
- We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, is used to process statements that do not belong to the account holder, or is used in a way that threatens the security of the service
- We may discontinue the service. If we do, we will give notice in the app and will not charge for any period after it stops
9. Limitation of Liability
CardKundali is provided "as is". We are not liable for any financial decisions made based on information displayed in the app.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
